Private movie & TV tracker
A movie and TV tracker that's private by architecture.
What you watch says a lot about you. WhatAMovie is built so that information never leaves your own devices — not as a policy promise, but as how it's put together.
Private because there's nowhere to leak
Privacy policies can change. Architecture is harder to walk back. WhatAMovie has no account, no analytics, and no ad SDKs, and it keeps your library on your device and in your personal iCloud — there's no company server that ever sees what you track. That's why its App Store privacy label reads “Data Not Collected.”
It's the same reason it can't be shut down the way server-based trackers can: there's no central database to switch off. You can also export everything as JSON whenever you want.

Questions people are asking
What does “Data Not Collected” mean?
It's Apple's App Store privacy label for an app that collects no data at all. WhatAMovie qualifies because it has no account and no analytics, and your library stays in your own iCloud rather than on a company server.
Can WhatAMovie see what I watch?
No. There's no server receiving your activity. What you track is stored locally and synced only through your personal iCloud, which is end-to-end between your own devices.
